We’ve got way more people than machines in there, crafting cosmetics with a personal touch. Not only does this create local jobs, but it also means we’re using local resources and supporting our communities.

Our factories are happy places where our makers put love and care into their work, proud to see their faces on the packaging of the products they’ve whipped up. We don’t see them as just backroom staff – they’re the stars of our kitchen, creating fresh, amazing products with skill and flair every single day.

That’s why we slap stickers on our packaged goodies, showing you the friendly faces of the people who made your product, along with when it was made and when it’s best used by.

And when it comes to inventing new stuff, we don’t need fancy new machines – we just train up our awesome staff. Every new skill they learn brings them closer to becoming Master Compounders, experts in crafting our creations. It’s a journey that takes time – up to two years, in fact – but it’s worth it. Right now, we’ve got 14 fully trained Master Compounders rocking it, and we’re always on the lookout for more talent.

We’re big on training here. Every one of our compounders is constantly learning, picking up new skills, and getting to know our products inside out. And it’s not just about mixing stuff up – our production assistants on the factory floor play a huge role too, shaping and wrapping our products with care. Over the years, as our products have gotten more complex and intricate, the art of handmade production has only gotten more skilled.
